Slow Flow

A gentler, slower pace to Vinyasa yoga, allowing time to find your rhythm and expression of the flow through mindful breath and creative sequencing. Some classes might dedicate a bit of time to Restorative Yoga and Pranayama - breathing exercises.

Suitable for all levels, and serves as a perfect introduction to Yoga for beginners - allowing for plenty of time to get familiar with the practice and the flow.

Vinyasa Open

Vinyasa Open Level is a dynamic style of Yoga in which we blend mindful movement and transitions with the static holding of Yoga poses. All levels of practitioners are welcome, with different modifications to suit every student.

Every class encompasses breathing techniques for relieving stress, relaxation, meditation, and mantra. If this is your first time doing Yoga, please choose Yoga for Beginners.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a comprehensive full-body mindful workout that will help you start your day recharged and energized. You’ll get your sweat on and breathe deeply through a blend of the dynamic Power Vinyasa Flow and bodyweight core exercises.

Set in a supportive and welcoming environment, this Power Yoga class is suitable for students of all levels, interested in building strength and stability. 

Yoga Espresso

Our signature 45’ classes are really a great way to reset - it works better than coffee, we promise! When you are short on time in the morning or at lunchtime, make this 45-minute open-level Vinyasa Yoga class your commitment to move, breathe, reset, and calm.

Expect a dynamic sequence with a short meditation at the end to set you up for the day ahead - truly works as a perfect antidote to busy days!

Yin + Restorative

Yin + Restorative is your ideal scenario to get ready for a good night’s sleep - expect a rejuvenating class that will soothe your mind, body, and soul. This practice combines the calming principles of Yin and the healing benefits of Restorative Yoga. Through slow-paced poses, deep stretches, and supported postures, you will release tension, find inner peace, and restore balance within yourself. Suitable for all levels, this class creates an oasis of tranquility, leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to embrace life with a sense of serenity.

Soulful Vinyasa

This is the SOMA weekly special, themed open-level class. Expect the dynamic, soulful flow where we build up to a peak pose in a progressive way, offering many variations to suit different levels. Throughout the class, the teacher weaves storytelling and Yoga philosophy for inspired living.

We'll practice breathing techniques for relieving stress, chant mantras, and repose in longer meditation.

Tailor-made classes for pregnancy (no need to have prior experience in Yoga) which include Yoga postures, meditation for pregnancy, and breathing exercises that promote relaxation, and prepare you for birth.

The specific principles of exercising will help you experience a joyful, pain-free pregnancy, and serve as a prehab for an easier postpartum recovery. But above all, the most powerful aspect of our Prenatal classes is the wonderful community of mothers!

Your postpartum recovery starts here. You will improve the mobility of your thoracic spine, regain the proper functionality of your breathing diaphragm and the pelvic floor, and awaken your deep core in a way that helps you heal, especially if you have postpartum conditions like diastasis recti and prolapse.
