IAIM Baby Massage Course for Parents
Our enjoyable 5-week IAIM massage course, held by our experienced neonatal nurse and instructor Laura, will show you how to massage your baby with confidence. We will solve various daily problems such as colic and constipation, understand the best time and way to massage the baby, and share all the informative discussions on the benefits of massage.

Give and Receive | The Art of Healing Touch
Discover the power of touch in this two-hour workshop on the art of massage and the healing touch. You'll learn practical massage techniques and assisted stretches that can help ease stress and promote relaxation. Intro to Trauma-Sensitive Yoga & Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nidra
This weekend course, accredited by YACEP, offers yoga teachers a 13-hour immersion in trauma-sensitive practices, with hours counting toward a 300-hour teacher training coming at SOMA in 2025/2026. Participants will receive two of Nina's books, Safe Space: Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Embodied Calm: Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nidra.
