Baby Massage Course for Parents
Our enjoyable 5-week IAIM massage course, held by our experienced neonatal nurse and instructor Laura, will show you how to massage your baby with confidence. We will solve various daily problems such as colic and constipation, understand the best time and way to massage the baby, and share all the informative discussions on the benefits of massage.

Pregnancy is a time of profound change in both mind and body. The incredible female pelvis and its intimate connections to the core and pelvic floor are at the heart of this transformation. But for many of us, pregnancy is the first time we pay attention to these regions.
Yoga is a wonderful tool for this, using movement and breath to integrate, engage and release. The result is a conscious, connected core and pelvic floor which works to support us through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

The Yoga LAB - Intro to Inversions & Headstands ~ Pt 2
Learning to go upside down is fun and entirely accessible, as long as you have time to devote to it and a willingness to be playful and courageous! By breaking down the postures, and learning step-by-step entrances and exits of the poses, we’ll create a non-intimidating, safe and playful space to explore going upside down in variations of headstands and forearm stand.
The Yoga LAB - Intro to Backbends
We will focus on the role and importance of shoulder mobility and shoulder rotation in backbends, as well as the key role played by the posterior chain muscles - aka glutes and hamstrings. Expect to play around with Wheel, or Urdhva Dhanurasana, and Camel, or Ustrasana, amongst others. Prepare to open your heart and be surprised by how strength and flexibility go hand in hand!
The Yoga LAB - Arm Balancing ~ Pt 2
These challenging poses will be broken down in detail for a non-intimidating approach for absolute beginners, and you will learn a step-by-step approach for a safe and fun exploration of arm balancing. You will build an understanding of the concepts of weight bearing on your arms, which will further unlock a whole series of fun and playful arm balancing poses in your practice.

Mythic Vinyasa | Lakshmi - The Flow of Abundance
Being born from the stirring of the primordial milky ocean by the gods and demons, Lakshmi holds the remembrance of meeting and befriending both the light and the shadow within us in order to rise with beauty and grace into material and spiritual abundance. To embody Lakshmi, the Goddess of Love, is to cultivate an open heart and call home all the dark corners of the Self, to awaken into your inner radiance. In this practice, we’ll explore the principles of backbending and the subtle aspects of opening our hearts to the world.
Breathwork & Somatics Session
Reconnect with yourself through presence, reset your nervous system, and gain insight into what your body is holding. In somatics therapy, through conscious breathing and tracking bodily sensations will allow your nervous system to release you from thoughts and behaviors that aren’t serving you anymore.

Mythic Vinyasa | Nataraja - The Dance of Bliss
Shiva Nataraja is portrayed in the ecstatic dance of destruction which lays the foundation for creation and sustenance of the universe. He dances at the center of the wheel of fire which symbolizes the eternal cycle of life, birth, and death. It’s an invitation to keep fearlessly dancing in the unstoppable passage of time and life, and seek bliss in the midst of it. We’ll break down the magnificent Dancer’s pose - Natarajasana, and break it down for all levels to find bliss in your own expression of it.
