Glow Up! ~ Face Yoga & Sculptural Facial Massage

Reveal your natural radiance in our 90-minute "Glow Up" workshop designed to rejuvenate your face and leave you feeling refreshed and glowing. We'll start with energizing Face Yoga exercises to tone and lift your facial muscles. Then, you'll be guided through a luxurious 5-step group facial, followed by a deeply relaxing sculptural facial massage. The techniques we practice lift, tone, and strengthen facial muscles - re-aligning overall facial posture. Learn techniques you can use at home to maintain a glowing complexion.

Location: SOMA Yoga is nested in the garden of the Battersea Reach complex (SW181TA) inside the bbodance, on the first floor. You can arrive by train to Wandsworth Town station (6’ walk from the studio), by bus (Petergate or Bridgend Road stop, 2’ walk from the studio) or by Uber boat (Plantation Wharf Pier).

Parking: Coming with a car? There is a car park at Battersea Reach (pay per hour) or free parking in Eltringham Street (2’ from the studio) where you are free to park anytime except 3-4 pm.


About Kitti

As a massage therapist, Kitti combines techniques from Eastern and Western philosophies infusing her massage style with fluidity, depth, and grace. Breathing techniques assist in stilling and balancing the mind whilst the strength of deep muscular, pressure point and meridian work help loosen, release, and harmonize the body physically.

She is trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and besides Yoga classes, you can find her at SOMA offering Ayurvedic Yoga massage, and if pregnant - Prenatal and Postnatal Massage.
