Sound bath with Nina / yiflow + Chat & Chai

This space will open with a short nervous system regulating breathwork practice to allow you to get grounded and land into the present moment.

You'll then embark on a deeply soothing and relaxing journey with the sound of the Crystal Bowls and Nina’s voice - inviting your mind, body and spirit to come back to a state of inner harmony.

Sound Healing has been used for millennia and is the perfect remedy to the stressors of modern life. All you need to do is lie down and receive. Leave feeling relaxed and with a deeply soothed nervous system.

* Open for all, including beginners.
